We are a small, focused team in Shanghai, working since 2016: one dedicated person on each order, and you talk directly to the people handling it. We deal with the factory so you don’t have to.

Factories build it your way
We learn your design, then explain every detail to the factory until they follow it.
Even with a detailed tech pack, many factories fall back on their usual habits. One tech pack we worked from ran 18 pages, with over 20 measurements in 8 sizes, most at a 1/8-inch tolerance. Before sampling, we confirm materials, processes and lead time in writing. Usually 2–3 sample rounds, then signed golden samples: one with you, one at the factory. How development works
What we check on every sample
Appearance, dimensions, materials, thickness and gsm, logo and print colors, artwork, function, and packaging with drop tests, one-to-one against your drawing or tech pack. We also look for anything that could turn into a batch defect.

What we follow during production
Incoming materials against the sample materials, the printing stage, the cutting stage with dimensions confirmed, first production pieces against the signed sample, the packing stage, and no missing accessories.

Defects handled without you
We sort the goods and negotiate replacements or rework with the factory, so you don’t have to.
Zinc anchors: 150,000 pieces passed two checks, then our last sample before payment found a 15.5% defect rate. The factory called it normal. We held shipment and payment until every part was reworked and the order passed AQL 2.5. Metal trays: 34 of the first 200 were defective. A contract with legal recourse
We sign a Chinese domestic contract with each factory, not just a proforma invoice.
If a serious dispute comes up, we have legal recourse in China. An overseas buyer with only a PI usually doesn’t. You pay the 70% balance only after the goods pass inspection. See what your quote includes

Packaging checked before it ships
Cartons, barcodes, US and EU warning labels and drop tests are checked before goods leave.

What we check at packing
Outer cartons and inner boxes against the packing list, labels and shipping marks, inner and outer protection, no gaps or movement inside, carton material and weight limits, drop tests for single packs and outer cartons, and photos kept on record.

One transparent all-in price
One unit price, with the product cost and our fee shown as separate lines on request.

2. Full-Service Plan
(Complete end-to-end solution — ideal for new products or complex projects.)
We handle supplier sourcing, competitive quotes, production management, AQL sampling quality control (standard set per client and product), and door-to-door shipping.
No separate service fee — our fee is built into the all-in unit price; freight is quoted separately, and rework, re-inspection and delay costs are on us.
